Ms. Monique is phenomenal! We’ve having been going to Taylor Made speech for a little over a year now and has seen nothing but progress from my 3 year old who went from barely attempting words or gestures to communicating her needs and make strides towards talking! In the months since my son has started speech therapy at Taylor Made Speech, his verbal skills have skyrocketed. Monique Williams is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and professional. She has not only taught my son the skills he needs, but she has also helped me understand ways I can help with his speech progression at home. He is excited every week for our meetings and I am very happy with how well they work together. 10/10 would recommend.
My daughter absolutely loves going to speech therapy. Every day she would remind me that she has speech therapy with Miss Monique on her scheduled day. Monique Williams is an outstanding speech therapist. She has been working with my 3 sons for at least 6 years. Under her expert guidance, My kids have made wonderful progress throughout the sessions. My experience with Monique at Taylor Made Speech Therapy has been consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service due to a series of unprofessional incidents. During my first scheduled appointment, I received a cancellation text less than 30 minutes before the set time. This was inconvenient and frustrating, as I had planned my day around the appointment, and I was already on my way. On my second attempt, Monique was not present at the scheduled time.
