Taylor was an absolute Godsend. My son found a home for sale by owner and we thought, this is a breeze, we can do this. Within 24 hours I was in contact with Taylor. She took the wheel and did the driving all the way to the finish line. There is no way we could or would have been able to do this without her. This is the third real estate transaction we’ve worked with Taylor on(both purchase and sale). Any possible situation that comes up between search or listing, offer and closing, Taylor has a solution. Purchasing or selling a home is a large task and can be stressful. Having a good agent that addresses any issues that come into play is a huge relief of that stress. Taylor is that person. We wouldn’t use anyone else.
