Worst buying experience of my lifetime. Fayez lacks empathy, communication skills and treats customers he thinks won’t qualify like trash until they do qualify. After unnecessarily sitting at the dealership for 6 hours, we had to come back the next day and pick up the car because it wasn’t even detailed or ready to be sold. Salesperson Fayez didn’t even shake my hand when offered at the end of the first meeting. Very rude and callous. This will be my first and last car buying “experience” at Taylor Kia.
My husband and I had a great experience buying a new car from Taylor Kia. Everything was quick, easy and stress free! Chris was amazing and very personable as was his assistant. I’d recommend checking this dealership out! Their finance guy is awesome too!
Everyone was friendly and courteous. And I got my car delivered.
