I purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from Taylor Kia of Findlay. First things first… the dealership contacted me as a follow up customer. I had never been to or applied for credit here. Total ****show! Took my 2013 Kia Ria, which I bought from Taylor Kia, back to Taylor Kia because of electrical problems that I could not resolve causing my battery to randomly die when the car was parked. When I dropped the car off I told them I had already replaced the battery multiple times and I wanted them to investigate and repair the issue that kept causing the battery to die. They told me they had to replace the battery to do any testing on the car. They then claim to have done a draw test and claim nothing is drawing... read more
Waiste your time – They emailed me and called me convincing me that I was pre-aproved for a car loan. Then after I drive over an hour to get there and making me wait they tell me that I needed a couple of thousand dollars down. Beware of their bait and switch tactics to get you in the door.
