Not impressed at all! My fiancee and I drove in, started to look at cars. Not once did a sales person come up to us to help us in any way. The guys were more concerned about standing in their group drinking coffee. When my fiancee walked up, THEN we got some interaction. But again, no offers to tell us about their vehicles or offer a test drive. Thank you, but no thank you. We will take our money elsewhere!
I had a great experience finding my new Kia Sportage with Brandon!! He was able to get me a great deal on a lease, and made the process go smoothly! Hope to do business with him again when my lease is up in 4 years!
I had a great experience at Taylor Kia of Toledo. I had Chris Molnar help me and was very wonderful I would definitely recommend him on a car sale. He is very thorough and does everything he can to get you in a car. When I went back for financing everything was explained in full detail and everyone here is very polite and respectful.
