The absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Unethical, scammy and overall misleading. When I contacted the sales manager to discuss my concerns, I was met with some of the most outrageous unprofessionalism I have ever seen. He came into our conversation completely combative and was truly awful. I have never left a business so furious. I was misled throughout my entire buying process and I’m happy to explain in detail to anyone considering buying a vehicle here. Please don’t.
They have been wonderful to me! When I went there in 2018 I had no credit and Brady helped me get a fresh start, without Taylor Kia I would have never been able to get 1 brand new car little lone walk out of there today with a brand new SUV which is what I have wanted for years!

Came in knowing what I wanted, and they did everything to make sure I left satisfied. Fayez treated me well and stuck to vehicles in my price range. No gimmicks, no sleazy deals, it was cut and dry. No complaints here!

My friend Just made a purchase at the perrysburg location and her car broke down on her two times it was a 2019! Just purchased June 2nd!!!! How unsafe is this??? Then for the sales person to say it’s basically the banks fault because they base the car off her credit and income!!! Are you kidding me?? REFUND HER MONEY SO SHE CAN GO ELSEWHERE
