I am writing to express grave concerns about the behavior and service Taylor Hyundai's dealership provided. I have faced significant difficulties in scheduling necessary repairs for my vehicle. I am dismayed by the apparent lack of cooperation and possible service refusal based on factors such as age, sex, and ethnicity. It is entirely unacceptable. <p>Customer called 07/21/2023 and talked to Danielle, told us engine is misfiring and her husband moved the plug to cylinder 1 and misfire moved to cylinder 1. I am very frustrated with the service department. Took my car in for service on 9/4 they gave me the wrong receipt and said my car had 50,000 miles it only had 28,200 when I brought it in. They have yet to fix it after multiple calls and emails. Not sure what they did to my car. My service was on 9/4 and I received a text on 9/9 stating it was time to bring my car in for service. We have bought 3 cars from them don't think I will buy anymore. I will go elsewhere.

Bob S*****, our Service Director, spoke to these customers in regards to the typo error we made on the mileage listed on their repair order. We discounted the oil change as a goodwill gesture and corrected the mileage in our system and in the Hyundai system.. I went in on 07/20 for an oil change. That's it I didn't ask for any other work to be done and normally a service that only takes 30-45 mins took 2hrs and 50 mins. And upon asking for a discount due to the inconvenience of my time i was told no.

When I bought my vehicle, it was the best buying experience I have ever had. I purchased this vehicle 5/30/2015. The vehicle had 2700 miles on it, but the new car window sticker was still on the vehicle. I was told the vehicle had never been titled and that I would get the full 5 yearWarranty. 1: Mr. ******** vehicle has an intermittent ticking noise that comes and goes.Neither Hyundai nor my mechanics can fix a problem that we cannot diagnose. All we have to go on is a recording of a ticking sound. Liars ! I've been trying to get in touch with the Sales manager for 3 weeks and he will not return my calls. Today he was at the auction buying more trashy cars to sell to the consumers. Run away fast........
don't go ! poor customer service. They are swindlers, they are not honest. They do not keep their word. i bought a car 3 weeks ago, still waiting on the promised repairs. They sold me a car $1000 dollars more than the asking price online.
Great Service and Friendly Staffs The showroom is very nice and clean. The staffs are very friendly, understanding, and can negotiate well. Highly recommended, and offer a lot of good deals on new / used cars. We are very satisfied with our recent car purchase from them.
