Dr Taylor is fine, but when I asked the head of billing to provide a bill for a charge and why Aetna didn't pay he terminated service! Total scammer.
Went in for appointment and the guy that's head of billing said he wasn't able to charge my ins and it was my fault and It was over $800. When I asked for billing he said I was terminated. Huh? Turns out out he was billing my ins all along for services I never recieved and docs I never saw. Total scammer. Dr Taylor herself was a good doc, but ...
I have had excellent treatment from Dr. Taylor and her staff. She listens, is open to my input on my background and is thorough. Her staff gets my feedback to Dr Taylor and there is always followup. I am so glad I have found her. I even recommended my husband to her service.
I question a charge on my insurance and the date. Make sure..Check your insurance payments and the dates. I got told by Paul the office Manager was “ you are not a good fit in this office go get another Dr. “ the fact I disagreed about getting a injection on a date I wasn’t there.
Dr. Taylor is kind, but the office manager, is disrespectful. We would not recommend this office to family or friends.
I am very sorry you feel this way, but as a responsible physician and doctor who cares about how my patients will react to medications, I refuse to just write scripts to patients without them being seen. Don't blame my husband and practice manager for your not wanting to follow protocol.
I have been a patient for more than a decade of Dr. Taylor. She is a great physician but I am leaving her practice due to the bullying, harassment, and intimidation that her Office Manager (Paul) did to my wife recently over the phone. Whereas I have witnessed his penchant for the all mighty dollar once before and tolerated it, he had my wife in tears. Everyone else in the office is excellent and I will miss them.
