The sales person I was working with wouldn’t return my calls even after he said he would you shouldn’t make promises you can’t keep I’ve called and called even left a voicemail and never received a call back. I understand you guys get busy but a simple phone call back to let me know if I was approved or not would have been great. Won’t be back there again. Now nobody has answers for me when they ran my credit with my sister in laws mother that’s some kind of shady business you got there. I’m glad I was denied.

I’ve purchased over ten vehicles from dealerships and Taylor Ford is, by far, the best experience I’ve had. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. Great prices, no BS, and great value for my trade in. I guess the biggest thing that impressed me is that I had to go back today because I forgot something in my old truck and everyone I interacted with yesterday made it a point to come say hello to me.
