HR Department is extremely rude and have zero understanding..The job is not bad just low pay . The supervisors are kind and understanding. The Co tries to build teamwork. EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE.

My appt time was at 22:00. I did arrive early, at 20:40. I went to the lower yard and was told I had to drive to a drop yard about 5 miles away to drop empty trlr.. When I arrive at Taylor Farms drop yard, the guard told me to drop trlr in spot 453. When I got to this spot, it was taken by another trlr.. There were hardly any spots open, so I drop my trlr in a spot close to office. And being a kind person, I didn't just drop it and leave.
