Everyone was kind and inviting. They walked me through the whole process. Very knowledgeable with new technology. I was nervous walking in because I've never been a huge fan of the dentist, but I left feeling very pleased.
I was very impressed with the quality of service. From the appointment scheduling and handling of my insurance claim by Yaz W. and Chris P. Gloria H. Dental Hygienist did an extremely professional and through examination and cleaning, explaining in detail with digital x-rays and using a small camera to take pictures of individual teeth, also areas of gums that needed attention.I was able to see all on a large monitor while she was explaining what she had found. Gloria and Dr. Haydt were wonderful. They provided great service and took the time to explain everything they found very thoroughly so that I completely understood what their recommendations were. I moved from out of state a year and a half ago and have struggled finding the right fit in a dentist office for me ... think I just found it!
I have no complaints with my dental visit. My wait it time. I enjoyed being greeted from the friendly staff and the professional service that I received was above measure. There was some expected discomfort during the cleaning process yet I was comforted by her concern to make me comfortable.
Having recently moved here from Columbus, OH, I hated leaving my dentist of many years, who I liked so much. I tried a different dentist, who was very good, but something was missing. I live down the road off of Tryon, so I thought I'd give this place a try. They have everything I was missing fromy home dentist. Friendly staff, a wonderful dentist and dental assistant. I hate going to the dentist (Sorry, but I do), but we all know it is necessary. This was my third visit to Dr Leo and all three have been Great. Yes, the Dentist Hater just said her visit was "Great"! Each time the staff was welcoming and pleasant. They explained each procedure, piece of equipment and follow-up. Having just relocated to this state I needed to start over with all medical/ dental personnel, and after searching I feel I have hit the jackpot.
