I saw Dr. Hobson today for some knee pain/knee injury. His staff is extremely professional. The office space is very clean and spacious. Wait times are reasonable. The doctor took his time to review my medical history and imaging. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and reviewed my treatment plan. I really appreciated how the patient is allowed to be involved in their treatment plan. My partner came in today to see Dr. Hobson for knee pain. Immediately impressed by how clean the office was and how friendly and welcoming the front desk was. Dr. Hobson took his time to explain everything to my partner. I know she was really anxious prior to her appointment. She's been suffering a lot with knee pain and it's affected her life and mobility. Seeing her sad and anxious made me feel helpless. But after meeting Dr. Hobson, it gave me hope. Let's review my the entirety of my visit. arrived with CT and Xrays, was told that i needed new xrays. Mine were from the day before. Xray Tech is the reason we got one star, she was a super star i would give her 5/5. Back to the main room I got to witness two other patients come in one had xrays in hand and both were told new xrays were needed. Seems a little odd that everyone needs new xrays but so be it. this doctor canceled my appointment without informing me. very incompetent ! all they say is Sorry. I even called to confirm my appointment. I'm not coming back !
