Horrible. 9:30 appointment scheduled. Got a text that it was moved to 9:45. Show up at 9:40 and write down my insurance information on a regular notepad and check in. At 10:45 they told me I needed to fill out forms online. They said it was mandatory and online only. At this point my phone is nearly dead from waiting over an hour in the lobby.
