Very Unorganized. Don't like the fact that you can't take pics of your kids in there. It was my son first appointment
The best! Absolutely, in all aspects. We drive an hour and a half to this location just to be sure my child has the best dental care. Every step of the way, we were well informed & comfortable. Work ethic deserves fives stars as well. Great experience overall; thanks guys!
I took my son to his virst dental appointment and I enjoyed the appointment like a kid in a candy store. The entire staff from the Lobby to the area where they see the kids was amazingly friendly. They made me feel like family. They played with my son and he was so tickled at the lady that cleaned his teeth, He laughed the entire time. The staff must really love what they do because it really showed in the interactions they had with each other.
I had an emergency due to a broke tooth. They gave me an appointment the same day. I was treated with excellent care by the entire staff. Everyone worked together for a great experience. I highly recommend this facility.
I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned today! My hygienist, Shana, did a fantastic job!! :)
I was worried about my daughter getting four teeth pulled at once, but they made her as comfortable as possible. 24 hours later she's back to her old self.
It was overall good but the wait time to verify insurance was terrible.. I had two appointment s .one for 11 and one for two. I had to come back for two . everyone was nice though and patient
The staff was very pleasant will at the office. During checkout with the dental assistance voiced my concerns about the medicine prescribed to my 17yr old daughter. He adviced me to not get one of medicines fill and the Dr. would call another in it's place. Well, needless to say that did not happen so I called the office to see what happened maybe they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. While speaking to the office manager she adviced me my daughter was not in any pain and should follow the directions for taking the meds. Needle... read more
