Everyone here was so great! The receptionists and Anthony were all so nice and understanding. Shana is a rockstar! She was so cool and funny and had me at ease. She practically brought my teeth out from hiding. I love her! I’ll definitely be coming back.
Lovely experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. I was greeted with a smile by Lychelle and Ms. Jessikka did a great job on cleaning my son’s teeth.
Kool smiles is the overall best place I've been to!! Everytime I go in, I never have to worry about waiting, and the lady at the front desk is the absolute best. The dentist are fast working, and I'm always out in no time, I never have to worry about being there too long. The Hygienist, (Chloe) is the most sweetest , and outgoing person I've ever met!! I’ve been coming to Kool smile for a while and i’ve always had a great experience. The women at the front desk are very kind and welcoming. Also my Dental Assistant, Cheltzie, made me feel welcomed! I loved their energy !
I have been a patient of Kool Smiles in Metairie for many years. I love seeing all of the staff. Dr Igor is my doctor and he always very thorough and he is a joy to see. The last time I was there Anthony helped me with fitting my mouth guard. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. I recommend this Kool Smiles for anyone looking for a dental office.
Worse experience EVER. Appointment was for 3p and didn’t get to the back until 4p for my son to have a tooth extracted. The dentist out numbing gel on him and tried to stick him but my son (8) was afraid of the needle so I asked for them to give him laughing gas and put the glasses on him which obviously was a problem. After doing so the dentist stick him twice and didn’t wait for the meds to take effect. Reshanda is always nice everytime I go to Kool Smiles. A real asset to the company! She keps everyone laughing.
Today visit was great. My dental assistant Erica was amazing at what she do. She made my son so relaxed with his appointment. I will come back and ask for Erica. Your are the best!
