Very slow service; You will wait 45 min.- 1 hour before they call you back. I took my child for a willing. Yesterday, I was told by a different dentist in there that she didn't need it. Where do they get dentists from?
We always have a great experience everytime we go. The staff are awesome.
My son is extremely afraid of the dentist and has been his whole life. When I took him to another dentist they said he needed work, but they would not touch him. He did get his work done by another dentist at the hospital at that time. This time I thought I would try Kool Smiles and it turned out to be an awesome experience. Thank you to all the staff for being so nice ,and most of all thank you to the dentist who did the work. He's not so scared anymore, and he said, " I learned how important it is to brush all my teeth."
My autistic child is finally happy about going to the dentist after his first visit at Kool Smiles. Everyone there was awesome.
Wonderful!! Cant say enough about how great these guys are!! They are so good with my daughter that she loves to go. They really care about the kids and it shows in everything they do. I could not be happier. The staff and the dentist are outstanding.
I hate to even pass by the buildings because my son loves that place so much and gets upset when we pass by and don't go in. The staff is great with kids. The wait is easy with the activities in the lobby. Love the text and email reminders/confirmations. Definitely would recommend.

my granddaughter actually enjoyed going to the dentist she told everyone about it. Everyone there was great with her she was very comfortable and we will be going back I highly recommend it for your children
