Mrs. Ashley W. is the best! And Mrs. Gabby is as sweet as apple pie! I love Kool Smiles! The best place for kids!
Everyone was professional, it wasn't a long wait at all for us being here for the first time .. Ashley W. was very informative and friendly... It was an overall nice experience.
Ashley W and Quin was very nice and helpful to my son and i. It was his first time at the dentists, he was scared but Ashley made him very comfortable. Thank u Ashley.
Ashley W the cray tech was super kind and patience with my daughter. She knew she was scared and took extra time to make her feel better.
Ashley, Lechelle, and Dr. Park were very polite and professional. They explained the procedures completed as well as a plan of action for future care.

My kids appointment was friday for cleanings and exams! The lady cleaning the teeth was very nice. Also miss Cheryl help my kids with them being nervous and made them feel so much better. We will definitely recommend this to our family and friends the staff actually cares about making kids comfortable than about making money.
The receptionist was very nice but once my children got to the back it was very unprofessional the staff was cursing and children was everywhere it took them a hour to finally come clean my children teeth staffing in the back was very RUDE I WILL BE LOOKING INTO ANOTHER DENTIST FOR MY CHILDREN!! Not to mention my children appointment was scheduled for 8:00 we didn't leave til 12pm.. I do not recommend Kool smiles dentistry in Shreveport la on Mansfield rd to ANYONE VERY HORRIBLE AND STAFFING WAS RUDE
The worst dentists ever the staff is rude wait time is crazy. first & last time am ever go there. my appt was for 9 I got there at 810 paperwork done way before 9 & still had to wait over 30mins to be seen. They call me back for a consult were I had to wait again. Than finally got to go back for the x-rays were they were rude & very unpleasant.
