Ms. Erica was the best. She saved me from some screaming kids in the lobby. Dr. Dinh was so nice. Them two together was like the dynamic duo. They worked very well together and with the patient and mother. A must go

I came to kool smile yesterday with my 3 . My daughter was the only one was getting work done. So when Ms Erica call My daughter to the back, she told me the other kids had to stay up frond with me. I was upset at first, but when Ms Erica explain to me why and they don't want to scare the other kids. She gave all of them coloring pages and crayons . My daughter was afraid to go by herself. My experience at kool smiles was wonderful. My daughter wouldn't stop crying and Ms Erica walked in and started to clam her down. Ms Erica should her everthing they was going to use. The doctor wanted to put her in a board and Erica did everything with out it. My daughter said Erica was the BEST dental assistant she ever had. She let the doctor do everything on her because of Erica. They need more friendly staff like Erica. Thanks Kool Smiles for have Erica as my daughter dental assistant.
My first experience at kool smiles was amazing i cannot complain one bit. From walking in and being great by a energetic front desk lady, Ms ileana. She was truely respectful, helpful and so full of energy she helped me tremendously with my commerical insurance and lettig me know step by step when it was verified. My experience here was great Angelle was a great help. She walked me through the entire experience for treatment. I recommend this location because a great assistant she is to her customers.
Sherrell and Ileana are the best! Very helpful and professional. I would recommend the gretna location :) Angelle was so sweet she made everything so comfortable for my son:)
My experience when I walk into Kool Smiles was great. The receptionist Teresa greeted us upon our arrival. The check in was very quick and we was call to the back right away. The dentist assistant Erica was very informative with my child dental work despite my daughter was very afraid of the dentist. She made it pleasant and my daughter was at ease. I would highly recommended this place to my family and friend for dental work.
