Very knowledgeable and a very friendly staff.
Receptionists are very rude and impatient over the phone assuming that I have no other schedules and appointments in my life such as a job. Not very flexible at all. Changing information and pricing more than once. I was told over the phone that my exam would be covered by my insurance then had to call my dad to drive all the way from Waverly to Paris meanwhile I live in Camden to pay $55 for the contact exam that I was not informed that I would have to pay for until after my exam was completed. Dr. Taylor is a good optometrist. However, his prices for lenses and frames are astronomical and your not guaranteed a refund if you don’t like your glasses. Might want to think WalMart to fill the prescription since they’re about half the price and will refund no questions asked.
