I've tried to reach the leasing office twice over the past month, and it's been nearly impossible to schedule an apartment tour. They don't have a physical leasing office, and you can't call anyone directly because everything is handled through an AI system. About a week ago, I finally managed to book a tour, but when I showed up, there was no one from the leasing office there to meet me. I'm honestly wondering how people even end up living there if you can't get in touch with anyone or even see the apartments beforehand.

I have been living here for the past 3 years now. The old management was good with work orders. Now the new management “coast” does not answer calls nor do they come out to perform maintenance on anything. I have been trying for almost 1-2 months now to get my washer fixed. I have called the number on they’re website, I have tried calling the number of the new property manager who recently quit. The manager never picks up the phone, you can't come and see the apartment because you will be ignored. It is impossible to contact them, they do not pick up the phone and do not answer the phone.

I’ve tried to contact this place at multiple different phone numbers. The call will go to an AI chat bot that will lead you nowhere or ring endlessly and eventually disconnect. One phone number did actually work but it belonged to the Solana Apartments in Burien. Thought about driving there but thankfully I read the reviews first.. Kind of suspicious how management isn’t even acknowledging their recent negative reviews to address the issues.
