Malika is amazing she went above and beyond to make sure that my experience with Taylor Creek from start to getting my keys went smoothly. Each email and message was always answered in a timely manner. It feels good to be in the presence of an apartment manager who loves their job. I'm excited for my new journey and I thank Taylor Creek for helping to make it happen.
I've read through these reviews and there are clearly a few fake reviews about these apartments. Taylor Creek is horrible. The manager has no management skills what so ever. She doesn't respond, pick up the phone, or listen when there is a concern. Doors are broken, trash all over the place but they will pick it up if they know you are coming to view them. Based on my personal experience, Creek Apartments has been the most poorly managed apartment complex I have lived in. Since moving in, I have submitted numerous complaints that have either gone unanswered or have been addressed only temporarily without real solutions. One ongoing issue has been with the neighbors above me allowing their dog to urinate on their balcony, which drips into my outdoor space. The management and maintenance here are excellent! Mila has been amazing—she primarily communicates via email and is always just a message away whenever assistance is needed. I had issues with my washer and sink, and she arranged for maintenance to come out the very same day. Where else do you get service like that? Exactly. Please don’t believe the majority of the negative comments. The management (Mila) and maintenance team are truly great, and I genuinely love living here!
The building is fine for the price but the management is horrible. I’ve lived here 4 months and just got given the number for maintenance. My heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer all haven’t worked for weeks and no one has come by. This place only had 1 maintenance guy in August and in December this is still the case. Don’t give this place your money. They are slum lords squeezing what money they can out of properties.
