The service department used to be great. Thats why I always took my vehicles there. The service dept has gone down hill. The sales department is horrible and would never buy a vehicle from there.
We had our tahoe in for service as it was intermittently not starting. After paying the $150 diagnostic fee, they said that they couldn't repeat the problem and found nothing wrong. Fast forward to this past Saturday, we were in Cleveland visiting our daughter, and the Tahoe would not start (same problem as before). We had to have it towed from Cleveland all the way to Hermitage.
Worked with Beckie. She was prompt and professional. Kept me well informed and was proactive in providing updates. I bought an older model, low mileage vehicle, yet she still treated me like I was bringing home a new one. First class service was even provided after the purchase.
Ralph Arcuri was so helpful in finding just the right car for me. Definitely recommend Ralph.
