I was over charged and then lied to about it. It was only $10 so not really a big deal but they wouldn't admit it was their fault and kept making up excuses and then flat out lied. Editing this to say that a manager did reach out and refund the $10, but the whole situation was still bizarre. I was over charged and then lied to about it.
