I rented a home Bowen Property had listed in Hagerstown. I paid my monthly rent of $1,900 a month, ON TIME each and every single month. The agent they had handling this property was very unprofessional. Last summer the Air Condition unit broke, it was 90 degrees in the house. The agent said the only thing she could suggest is we "sleep downstairs, it might be cooler there, the owners of the home are in Japan si it might be awhile before they can get anyone to look at the unit".
