They promised me that I would not need a parking permit, and that my wife could visit me as often as I liked while I was living there as a student. Once I signed the lease, they told me I wasn't allowed to have visitors, including my wife, and that she couldn't park on the property. My roommates were allowed to have visitors, but I wasn't. First time visit.
I’ve been living here for a couple of months now & it’s my actually first home away from home, but my experience has been great so far! The management has been absolutely amazing & accommodating to me & my roommates during the most inconvenient situations due to outside circumstances. Maintenance also has a very quick response time which we appreciate. The environment here is very calm & not full of unnecessary noise.
