Great people and service
Yeah I went to Myers very poor service ask them to program a key for my 07 Silverado which they didn't much of anything then charged me $600 for doing nothing so I put in a complaint to GM right now they're working on a resolution so hopefully something comes about probably the worst customer service very unhelpful Chris was very unhelpful did not resolve my problems or give me any answers didn't seem very experienced in his job if five stars I'd give them a one not even a half come to find out there is a recall on the airba... read more
Very rude sales stuff experience
I’m. It sure if it got better with the new owners but Taylor auto mall did not leave a good impression! Bought I car from there after we got home and we were looking though it we realized that the brand new tires that were in it were no longer on the car and the car had barley and coolant so we drove to the dealership and they said that they never touched the tires and that they don’t carry the colour of coolant for our car so they waved us away. Taylor the service advisor was absolutely amazing very quick to get me in the system and get my truck in ASAP my only trouble having was getting a hold of service department I left two voicemails but other then that not bad
