Absolute worse! They do not care about the the communities they manage. Communuty parks are getting vandalized and damaged. Instead of promptly rectifying the situation. They let it sit for months on end. I'd really like to know what they are spending out fees on ?
DO NOT buy a house that will be managed by this HOA. This company doesn't care about homeowners nor our properties. They offer 0 amenities in my community but charge $80 per month for front desert landscaping. In February, the landscapers cut off one of my sprinklers which in turn spewed into the street for weeks before we noticed (since our sprinklers come on at dusk).
