Very pleased!! Flo was a sweetheart from the first time I contacted her. She was able to take me the same day and understood the assignment. Flo work is very neat and fast. I've never had a braider to braid my hair tight without any pain...wow!! I will most definitely be back and refer others. Thank you Flo for an awesome experience. You're the best!!

They are some serious hair grippers. They gripped hair that I didn't know could be gripped. They are now my new home braiding place. She's very accommodating.

I must say that the customer service at this place is top-notch. From the moment I picked up the phone to call her, I was impressed. She was exceptional on my appointment date, even though I was running behind. She was incredibly understanding and patient. I tend to spend my money where it’s wanted, and I must say I was happy with my experience. When I arrived, the place was clean and comfortable.
