They are some serious hair grippers. They gripped hair that I didn't know could be gripped. They are now my new home braiding place. She's very accommodating.

I must say that the customer service at this place is top-notch. From the moment I picked up the phone to call her, I was impressed. She was exceptional on my appointment date, even though I was running behind. She was incredibly understanding and patient. She was very accommodating my original appointment was this Tuesday but I called yesterday and she said I can today. I had 2 people people working on my hair and I must say I love my hair. This was my first time coming to her & I'm the type of person who is picky about who I allow to do my hair so I read the reviews and saw the videos & pics of her work and took a chance & I'm glad I did.
