Terrible experience. Limited service in clinic setting, high pressure sales for surgery while standing in a hallway, being rushed. Just awful!

It appears that Tayani is overbooking. I arrived and there were 8 people in the waiting room and nowhere to sit. Of course there were numerous other patients in the back rooms being screened, etc. When I tried to book my new appointment I was told that I had to come in the morning as they were already full in the afternoon. That is NOT convenient for me. I will cancel and reschedule because of that. It never was this way in the beginning.
I have received wonderful care from Dr. Joson & staff at Tayani Institute. Under his careful guidance my glaucoma has improved & I feel very confident that I will continue to see well for a very long time. Thank you Dr. Joson & Tayani Institute!
