Very nice workers and they take their time.
After reading reviews, I visited as walk in. Happy to see only two customers. Asked stylist if she could do pedicure. She replied no. I waited, then I asked are available later, she replied no. Then a customer I presume translated to nail tech. Customer turned to me and said check back in afternoon. Ok thanks. It was strange. I'm aware no is a complete sentence but I believe customer service goes beyond just saying "no". Give the customer a time/day you are available to service. Una de las peores experiencias, desde hace 10 años que me hacen manicura y hoy tuve la mala suerte de venir a este lugar ya que vi que tenía buenos comentarios, fui por un retiro de gel x, la chica intentó quitarme el producto de una manera dolorosa con el drill, después tuve mis dedos sumergidos en acetona por 20 minutos o más, sin lograr mucho avance en retirarme el producto decidí irme ya que usualmente este producto es retirado de mis uñas en menos 5 minutos, la chica quería que sumergiera mis dedos unas cuarta vez en ac... read more
