My partner and I have used their services for two years now. The first year we filed, he got back to us pretty quickly and communication was easy. This year however, communication has been awful. We have tried to reach him via email and phone for a few months now with no response from his side of things. We are in need of our tax forms from last year and have NO way of getting them.
