TIME FOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND SCREW UP FILING YOUR TAXES. They will not answer their phones or email. If they do, they only have 2 people that answer their phones and they are clueless. They won't help you and tell you that they will pass your message along. I have filed a complaint with BBB. They should have already been shutdown. The good reviews are FAKE!
This company is a fraud and they mean nothing they say. I never received a loan and they did my taxes without keeping up there end of the bargain.... I was falsely represented!!!! This company should be under investigation ASAP!!!!
Not very happy. Was told for a week my loan would be paid to my card. Cant ever get thru to talk to anyone. They dont answer emails. I will be going back to hr block after this yr.
This is a big rip off. Do not be fouled by their RAL promises is just a scam they charge me 519.00

I only give 2 stars I received an Real with them, but am having trouble getting my refund it's been over 2 months. They don't give any solutions to what could be going on, except to wait. Beginning to worry....
They filed my taxes without permission, or me signing anything to give consent. They did not provide proper tax paperwork once filed or let me know what my refund was. When I received an email stating the IRS accepted my refund, I was confused on how when I had not file, I haven't even received my W2 yet...I called and they said they used an Express W2.
