If you google this company, you will only hear bad news ... BELIEVE IT! They have a tricky disclosure that QUICKLY informs you that whether or not you're approved a 'Holiday' loan or 'RAL' loan they will charge you $750 for preparing your taxes and have this deducted from your taxes. so, of course, they denied my holiday loan but then sends forms that I am 'conditionally' approved for the RAL I just have to send in my W2!!?? This place deserves zero stars first of all. One of the biggest mistakes of a lifetime is to file with this company. Worst customer service EVER. They will hang up in your face, lie to you when you have the proof in front of you and cause hassle everywhere. We filed early for the RAL like everyone else. We were denied for no reason at all yet told consistently that we would get an email with the reason and a letter. We got both that gave a jist of what a reason COULD be. This company is a scam. I have had no one from this company email me or answer the phn at all. I reported it to the BETTER business bureau and I actually just got the phone with the IRS. Yes I did and if this company does not issue my refund to MY ACCOUNT they will put a trace on my refund and than I can also take further action. This is not right and I should have had the refund in my account by March 1st 2019 and today is the 5th of March. This is unacceptable business practice. Last year a tax preparer was shut down, made to refund impacted consumers (US PEOPLE WE HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF FRAUD) and civil penalties were imposed. I did a review previously on this company and thought I ws going to have no help and that my refund was just going to be gone with no help in site. I got a letter from the IRS and they wanted to verify if I indeed filed the return in question. I informed them I did not and the return has been stopped. I now do have to file a paper return, however I am fine with that because I now know that I will receive the money that I worked hard for and not some company that is only out to scam individuals out of their hard earned cash. ... read more
This company is full of it! Applied for the holiday loan and as usual didn't get approved so I guess they decided to file my return without my W2. And mine you I am a single mother of two with one of my sons being dissbled. I received a 5701c letter from the IRS on 3/13/2019 to identify myself and was told it would be 9 weeks before I receive my refund!!!!! Pissed to the max
This company is a fraud they don't send any paperwork or tell you if it was accepted by the irs or anything. You can't get anyone to respond to either a email or phone call. This is ridiculous and I will let the better business bureau no and report them to the irs.
