I would absolutely never recommend that you use their service I feel like they should be ashamed of themselves for the extremely outrageous fee that they charge it should be determined based off the amount of work done but they charge you a set fee so knowing that when I did the taxes myself on TurboTax it was 6 minutes to complete my taxes from beginning to end because I attempted the advance which they present as if it's almost a guarantee they charge you over $500 to do your taxes whether you get the advance or not $500 f... read more
PLEASE CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!!! Go to CONSUMER COMPLAINTS and file online. I have been in contact with the consumer fraud division multiple times and they are expecting more to file. Last year a tax preparer was shut down, made to refund impacted consumers (US PEOPLE WE HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF FRAUD) and civil penalties were imposed. Oh yeah, the "positive reviews" are so fake this is clearly a sign of misleading. I believe one of the persons names that left a half-decent review was named "Legit" Come on now!
Predatory company and appeals to those of us in a bind at the time. Making a hard time harder. I'm really surprised they are still operating.
This company is dishonest and deceptive, stop them by not using there services. Quit giving your money to this company.. they gonna cheat u out of it and give no answers for it.. don't pay them any money and force them to shut down .. again this is a warning for people not to hire this company...
This place.is a joke.. I applied for the RAL loan and have heard nothing back. Only an email telling me I have to wait. I'm concerned because I had to give out so much personal infort.

This ncompany advertised a Christmas loan, which would use taxes as collateral . so I applied I didn't hear anything back for a while. so I forgot about it. A couple weeks after Christmas, I got a email which explained I was denied the Christmas loan, but I was obligated to now file my taxes with Taxnet, when I did they would give me $750 once it was accepted by the IRS. Absolutely horrible company. Complete scam going on. Hard to read contract, no way to know if your return was accepted or returned for errors. Get you sucked in with the RAL then deny you for BS reasons but don’t tell you the actual reason. I’m filing a complaint against them. They didn’t review anything. They filed without having my current W2, only my last paystub. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!! You will get scammed and screwed. Not good.
