These guys were great. I had to call a cab for my Mom, who was going to the airport. We called at 9:30 and asked for a cab at 10:30, and they arrived 5 minutes early. My Mom said that the person who drove her was super nice, he helped her with her bags, and the fare wasn't bad at all. I definitely recommend them, this is as professional as it gets

yellow cab bay city driver,s are a consummate professional who has been driving cabs in redwood city area for longer than I have been alive (seriously). there minivan is clean, they's a joy to talk to and they'll come pick you up anytime with a little advance notice. And since 's not exactly a "cab on every corner" kind of town, knowing about valuable information. Especially if you want to get to the airport on time!
Quick pickup at the airport, very friendly and courteous! No difficulty communicating and got me to the hotel quickly. I definitely would recommend to travellers!
Quick, responsive & customer-friendly...: I called a cab (650-771-2255) for drop-off to SFO airport and the guy said he was in the vicinity and will be at my place in 5 mins....later when my husband called Diffrant cab he said he was 3 mins away and blah blah blah.....but no cab...i finally call this (650)771-2255taxi and the guy said he'll be in 5 mins...and he was here in 5-6 mins....at a very short notice....the driver was good and he got us to the airport just in time though we thought we wouldnt make it....these guys ar... read more
