have nothing but bad experience with menlo park yellow cab When I had to call a cab in advance for an early Saturday morning ride to O'Hare, I was doubting it would even show up, as has oft been the case. However, this cab driver arrived right on time (a few minutes early, in fact), was a stable driver, and didn't pitch a fit when I paid by credit card. All in all, a good experience. For once.

I must significantly up the stars for Yellow Cab due to an incredibly positive experience Thursday evening with one of their cab drivers. I very much regret not getting his name. He was so cool! He drove me to locate my family member's car which we only knew was somewhere along the side of a metro area highway. When we found it, and it was not starting, he helped me try to start it, and when I realized that, for safety reasons, we needed some help from an agency such as the Highway Patrol, the cab driver remained by the side... read more

I have tried all the major cab companies in this areaand ONLY yellow cab bay city delivers on their commitment. They consistently arrive a few minutes before the scheduled pick-up and the drivers are pleasant. I am thankful I found this taxi service, because the others left me angry and late for work!

We called them for a 6:30AM drive to S FOand, actually, had no issue at all: cab arrived on time, the driver was in a decent mood, got us to the airport on time

I scheduled a pick-up at 4:15am. The customer service on the line could definitely use some improvement. I was told I would be called the next morning when the cab was there. Around 4:10am I stepped outside merely because I was anxious to go. The cab pulled up a few minutes later and got me downtown in 10 minutes- something I didn't realize was possible. The driver was friendly and efficient.

Excellent Service - Accurate estimates: Tired of waiting on the whims of Yellow Cab, we chose THIS CAB COMPONY last Friday night. They told us a car would be at our home in 10 minutes, It was there in 9! (not 35 minutes late). The ride was pleasant, and the driver took the most direct route. At the end of the night the same driver picked us up. The estimated wait was 15 minutes, and he got there in just under 12.
