My husband and I have been going to Taxco since 1994. Have always received excellent service and the best authentic Mexican food known to me in the state of Illinois.
No stars for this place. Service was terrible, worst margarita I have ever had and food was dry and salty after waiting over an hour for enchiladas.

Love the place, however the brunette that works behind the bar (seemed like a manager) older lady maybe late thirtys was incredibly rude to me any my co-workers. She chimed in on our discussion and started arguing with me. At which point she cut me off after having 2 shots. Other then that lady the food was awesome and the staff were great.
