Initially, i talked to Steve Nettles and he was great. Then i was handed to too many of his staff that did not communicate with me and jumped to conclusions. After depending on them for almost 2 months to work out my problem, they returned my money and said good luck with no notes as to progress or extensions with IRS. Huge headache and waste of my time.

I walked in very frustrated with the amount of monies that I owed to the state and federal IRS plus their threats to seize bank accounts and such. Steve and his staff took their time and thoroughly went over my taxes and situation. Even though they couldn't really help me with lowering my taxes owed they did make some calls and at least got the federal and state off my back.
