I met Jeff and Michelle Wells in 2006 when I went to their office for my employer. Michelle greeted me with a warm and inviting smile. I was immediately put at ease. I have been taking my tax work to Jeff for 10 years now and have never once questioned my decision to use Tax Plus for all of my financial advising needs. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable about finance and tax law, yet down to earth and easy to talk to, unlike many other people in finance I've met. This is the worst business decision our company has ever made. These accountants cost our company thousands of dollars due to mistakes on our taxes. Not only do they make costly mistakes they have the worst customer service when something is brought to their attention. I believe the owner "Michelle" is among the worst people in customer service I have ever encountered. Jeff Wells and Michelle are one of the best, kindness, honest people I could ever ask for and work with on our taxes. They have been our accountants for a long time and I would never go any where else. They are very helpful and go way beyond to be helpful. They have helped us so much in the past with our taxes that other people have screwed up. I rate this company an A+++++++. They would never ever try and cheat you out of anything. If anything, they go out of there way to help in anyway.
