The owner ***************** is very unprofessional and I dont recommend her or her business for your tax needs. She has people that she trains to do your taxes then she wants to micromanage them while they are doing your taxes. She is constantly moving with no stability, the worker that we encountered was not friendly and we felt rushed. The lady was looking at her watch the old time. Although they were extremely late for the appointment, we waited on them and offered to make their appointment virtual. They refused.
