After I received a mailer from this company, I was little bit skeptical to trust especially with so few reviews and barely having an online presence. But, decided to ring them up. Spoke to Phil on first attempt. Event hough we didn't pursue this time for less probability of winning, I felt he is a honest and hardworking person. Definitely I would have picked him up had I seen an opportunity to reduce my property taxes significantly. Hopefully down the line...

Tax Appeal Solutions and their Staff are awesome! Made me an offer I could not loose... only pay a fair amount for success. They did everything they said they would do and no effort on my part... Refund check showed up and it was bigger than I expected. Great Win/Win situation! Highly Recommend.

I received a phone call from Tax Appeal Solutions that I was not expecting. The owner, Phil, offered to appeal the property tax on an apartment building I own. As he described it, there was no risk on my part. They would get paid their fee from any property tax refund received. It seemed like a no-brainer to me. Everything was easily done via phone or e-mail. Indeed, Phil achieved a substantial reduction in my tax bill. Paying his fee was my pleasure!
