Extremely disappointed that Tax Air will not take responsibility when their own driver cross labels freight that we trust them to pick up and drop. This is an extremely costly event to happen and they customer should not be left paying all of the costs to fix Tax Air's mistake. Use Tax Air at your own risk. Your freight could end up anywhere.

Through the business I work at we have always had a good relationship with taxair. It seems home delivery is a nightmare. I called and set up the appointment to have something delivered to my house. Had a family member sit and wait. I called when I got home. Surprise! No appointment in their system. So now I'll wait another 3 days and hope they don't forget again.
Been here 22+ years. Best decision I ever made. The founders have created a real, honest, hard working family that cares deeply about the customers and the employees.... it's simply what it's all about. The future looks brighter than ever!
