Terrible service. Said that they tried to deliver to me when they never did. My security cameras would show a truck and no truck showed up.
It is alleged that Tax Air is a horrible company to work for. They allegedly have racists who are in Management and if you're black & request a raise, shortly after they will allegedly find a reason to terminate your employment. If you make a honest mistake they allegedly won't be understanding they'll just suspend or terminate your employment.

Horrible management at most terminals, they tell you what you want to hear to end the conversation then dont do it over and over and over, its very one sided on the work scale, 2 people in the office will do all the work while the other 3-4 play with there email or sit around and chat all day, worst warehouse management i have ever seen, the supervisor is on the warehouse floor maybe a hour of the day then playing in the office on his computer and talking to other people about non work related stuff. this place does not give... read more
I've strongly encouraged my vendor to find another freight company. EVERY Tax Air delivery sent to me has been late, damaged, or not handled according to order. Avoid.
RecommendedTax-Air is a great place to work! It has a great group of employees who truly care about customer service.
Currently in hour 13 of sitting around waiting for a delivery from this company. This is the fourth attempt after their truck broke down, the next day they didn’t have time to deliver, and then the third attempt there was a “misconstrution,” whatever that is. Then we were told it would be dropped off first thing this morning. After waiting an hour my husband called and it’s not even on a truck, it’s sitting on their loading dock. Supposedly it’ll be here by noon, but I’ll believe it when I see it.
RecommendedHello, I am a driver at CEVA and every time I pick up freight at Tax Air, I am in and out. What a great staff and set of forklift operators in their Franklin Park location. Great company to deal with !!!!
