Horrible. Guys they set me up with were clearly paid to go out on dates. Total rip off.
They are a match making service. They said they could easily find me a match. I am a 65 year old professional, in good health, I take care of myself, and am not over weight. STUPIDLY I paid ****** for 2 dates. the first was a criminal and rude, the second "was interested in marriage" lived 100 miles away and would only date via video. After 4 months I asked for a refund. they would not respond to calls, emails. I wish I would have read all of these reviews before depleting my savings account. My experience with Tawkify has been horrible. They don't talk to one another, I have answered the same question over and over and they promised me a matchmaker in the city that I live. Then I get on the phone call and they are not in the city I live. This is a complete waste of money and they should be ashamed they do not refund people. Horrible dating service!! They took my payment and then I was told by my matchmaker that she could not find a match for me because I was "looking for a needle in a haystack"The customer service staff refused to refund my payment.My matchmaker would not communicate with me for months. Its a waste of money. I paid $100 to be in their book of potential options for their clients to choose from and havent heard anything. The woman assigned to help fill out my profile and get me into their system kept PUSHING the client package. Thats how they make money. I wish I had never heard of this website.

They are scamers They take money knowing they do not have any matches It's a complete scam they should be closed down
Abysmal. This company does not have a sufficient database and I was matched with totally inappropriate people that very clearly did not meet any of my personal requirements. I asked the gentleman if they had told my matchmaker what they told me and they said that they had. I dont think the database is big enough for matchmakers to really choose people in my cohort as a 63-year-old woman in the east. My matchmaker, *******************, was simply dishonest. Buyer beware.

Great staff, they help you refine what you're looking for. They are sensitive and uplifting in the way they help you refine your parameters. The dates are quality. I recommend this method of dating.
Zero stars. This company advertised on IG and other platforms- targeted me through ads yet has next to ZERO candidates in my local pool. This company took my money and was knowingly not able to provide the service they sold. This is robbery and more or less a scam. It is such a shame when companies get away with this criminal activity.
