Dr, Chami is a wonderful doctor. I was skeptical at first as I had an excellent doctor back in SC, but he is among the best doctor for a not so pleasant procedure. He is knowledgable and very charming. I would highly recommend him. The nurse that worked on my IV was not so great. The procedure was a week ago, and I still have bruised blood under my skin, and a bandage full of blood when I left.
The staff refuses to either contact the doctor or simply ignores yoir concerns. I have had bith telehealth and in person visits and i am completely unsatisfied. I feel my concerns are being complerely ignored.
The visit was for 2nd procedure, this is excellent Doctor, I am terrified of any surgery but not by this doctor. IF I need to go again I will not beworried as long as I have this doctor.

Always thorough and takes whatever time necessary to address any concerns. I would go no where else because I am so pleased with the care he and his office staff provide.
Staff are either incredibly rude or frazzled. Had a pretty bad experience, enough to make me prefer driving 35 minutes from then on rather than deal with them. Florida Medical Clinic clusters their doctors so the staff problem effects all of their Zephyrhills gastroenterologists.

Look, he is a great Doctor. But the upfront staff lacks respect for his patients. And give you the feeling that your time is not a concern. Instead of a simple apology for running late. Your told, that's the way it is. And that it should always be expected. They think it's ok or normal to wait a half hour or more past your appointment time before even getting to the exam room. Extremely rude staff, acted as if my appointment and visit were an imposition on them. This was my first and last time I go here. They are lazy and ignorant and tried charging more than my insurance allows. NEVER AGAIN!!
