Love 'em. The food and staff are fantastic. If there's ever an issue (which is rare), they go above and beyond to make it right.
My daughter in law and I came here for the first time last week, and we were very pleased! The food was great (especially the tempura cheese curds), and we had good service from our waitress. The only thing we didn't care for was the ice cream. It just had a strange texture, and not what we were expecting. But that was a personal thing, not the restaurant's fault. We will definitely be back--thank you!
My boyfriend and I were on a date night walking to another restaurant when Tavernakaya caught my eye. Im not a Sushi person by any means but the atmosphere drew me in close enough to take a look at the menu. The small plates sealed the deal for me. We tried several small plates, my favorite were the Sumarai ribs. We also got the beef Udon which was AMAZING!! We will be back!

I've only been here for DJs, dancing, and drinks, but what more do I need? ;-)
Absolutely wonderful! Three of us had lunch here last weekend, and the food was delicious. We really liked the creative fusion combinations on the menu. Service was great. Our waitress was very attentive. We all look forward to going back many times. I know I will have to order the cheese curds every time I go. They were amazing!!
