Located in the heart of all the Rush Street action, this bar and grill is an elegant, yet casual atmosphere to enjoy a juicy steak. With a horseshoe-shaped bar, white tablecloths on the tables and dim lighting, it is also a classic spot to take a date. Upstairs dining is a little more formal while the downstairs bar allows you to catch the game as well as a quick beer. If you aren't looking for steak, try a pizza cooked in a wood-burning oven and if you are here for a drink, the wine list is impressive.

Have been here 3 times on our vacation so far and have had a fantastic time..... love the bar, food, vibe.

Love this place. When visiting my daughter we always have a meal here. Our waitress was attentive and had a wonderful way of making us feel special. (She's getting married next September). Always hard to leave Chicago but look forward to returning and visiting Tavern on Rush!

I've been to Tavern on Rush previously and received great food and service. I was excited to take my mother there for dinner and share the experience. What we ended up having was terrible customer service. Our waiter only came to our table twice and we had to ask another waiter for our check after sitting idle for 40 min. This is not the type of service you would expect from the amount of money you're paying.

One of our favorites when in Chicago , had brunch yesterday with family from the area...it always is our spot to have dinner with family when in town, always good
