RecommendedWhile walking down the street, I asked a local for a restaurant recommendation. She said you must go to Tavern on Jane. Locals always offer the best advice and hers was spot on. The food was tasty, Richie the bartender was fantastic, and they have awesome locals who patronize the place. It ended up becoming a great time with lively conversation.

Food was really bad. I tasted like there was something wrong with it, bad quality. The portion was really small but I didn't mind considering the taste. They gave me a dirty cup to drink out of, it had a woman's lipstick stain on it. Also for breakfast you have to order from the price fixe menu.
Loved the quaint feel of the place - the service, food and atmosphere were great but we were in a small room with a loud drunken party of 8 next to us and that made it tough to hear ourselves!
Atmosphere wonderful. Great customer service. Food excellent. I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend Tavern on Jane!
