Organized a going away party on a Tuesday night. It is “against policy” reserve a table for 10-12 at 8pm. So with that being said we stayed flexible. Ordered well over 500$$ of drinks and apps. Late night placed order off “late night menu”...never received order despite checking in twice...manager said order got delivered to wrong table and kitchen was closed then gave me total run around to refund me for food I never received.
Got the "Eggplant Stack" sandwich stack. Very disappointed - it was dry I had to ask for a side of marinara and there was no "stack" of eggplant. It was 3 or 4 little slivers of a single layer of eggplant that hardly covered the bottom of the roll. It was 80% roll and there was such a small amt. of eggplant, I never tasted it - only the roll. Friend got a Gluten Free roll and there was a $2 upcharge. Surprised as we've been to other restaurants where there is no upcharge. Waitress was very nice though. And ambiance is enjoya... read more

I love Sunday brunch the food is good I just don’t like the new menu not a lot of choices not happy about that
I’ve been here at least 60+ times. I’ve loved every time but the last. Waited about 2.5 hours for a table, I tried to express my frustration to the host in a calm way and he was fairly understanding, Randy the GM jumped in and immediately escalated the situation.
