Everyone here is caring and listens. Im a Gulf War Vet who recently joined the VA after years of denial and "such it up" mentality. I was taken care of here. VA Lake Nona has also impressed me.
No 1 ever answers the phone 😒
As a Veteran the staff seem helpful despite the ups and downs the VA is having with healthcare and homeless veterans with or without college education.
I Believe they are working to improve the quality of life for the Vets as best they can. No system is perfect. I know I'm not, that's why I need the help here.
I have been there several times over the past few months and have never waited 5 minutes beyond my appointment time. The caregivers are always pleasant and helpful
