They call nurses, doctors and they have never answered a phone call EVER. I think they forgot who they serve.
Never answers phone, rude staff, receptionist are there to just collect a paycheck, not help anyone!
This place has its problems. When they lose a doctor and get new one, that is when more issues arise. Obviously, nothing they can do about people leaving. New doctors coming in should try to get to know their patients before changing their medications. Or at least meet them in person for a patient visit first. Psychiatry has been a joke since the last doctor left. Tavares clinic does have some excellent and caring nurses and doctors. Lab is hit or miss with kindness.
