No one answers phone or responses to messages. Can't even leave a message for call back. Phone service gas seriously degraded in the last year.
I want to personally thank my MA- sweet lady. The Audiology department l- the gentleman is knowledgeable and kind. And Dr. Oquendo. I have multiple autoimmune diseases, spinal stenosis and bulging disks. This translates to pain all the time. He does Battlefield acupuncture and I have done it twice. The appointments build upon one another and at first I was skeptical but after receiving it, I am free of pain for a few days. Anything to avoid taking meds when I can. Their system is not working. It's extremely flawed. They have a handful of good people. Most are just there to get their paycheck. Imagine if they had a full staff that actually cared. Why is it so hard to get help from these people?
Ive been going to this location for 5 years, for the same problem with no results, also the ladys that work in labs who draws blood are very rude, I told my nurse that one of the ladys drew my blood cause some pain that lasted for a week, she went back and told them exactly what I said very unprofessional.
