Furnace smelled like something was burning and soot was building around the furnace. Found Tavares HVAC on Yellow Pages and filled out the request form on their website. Within in 15 minutes got a call from Jose. They said they'll be @ my house in 35-45 minutes, and they were. Great service. Very professional and personable. He explained the issue with the furnace. What I can do to service the furnace. All done at a very reasonable price. Thank you Jose and Roberto of Tavares HVAC!

A friend of mine recommended Jose to me. I discovered mold in my A/C ducts. I called Jose at 3 pm on a Saturday and he came right over. The following day, he replaced the ducts and fully explained why I had mold. Very professional, responsive and a good guy. No more green and blue trucks for me. Jose is my new HVAC Guy hand down.
I called Jose to fix my compressor which had stopped working. He arrived five minutes earlier and found the problem to be the capacitor which he replaced. We also had other minor work which took him about half and hour to fix. Strangely, he only charged me for the air conditioning work. I was highly impressed by his honesty and that zeal to go the extra mile for the customer- a commodity missing in majority of contractors who serve central Jersey. Jose came out to my house the same day (and I called around 5:30 at night) to fix my air conditioner unit. He came over and got my A/C unit running and explained the problem in a thorough manner. He also performed a furnace start-up for me as well. Very professional service, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tavares HVAC for all of your heating and cooling needs.
Excellent work and Customer Service - Jose responded my call and quickly came over the same day and fixed my A/C unit in timely manner. He took enough time to explain me the problem being very patience. He also did courtesy check for my HVAC unit and help me run unit more efficiently. He also helped me fix other little items at my home as courtesy. He is great guy and sure recommend him
I read all the great reviews and now I know why there are so many. Jose quickly called me back and within an hour he was at our house diagnosing the problem. He explained everything in great detail and was very thorough as he troubleshooted the problem. Called Tavares today and got my Heating unit issue resolved.. The technician came in, quickly identified the issue and got out in no time. Very reasonable charge, friendly and explained me clearly the technical issue before fixing the problem. I will for sure call them for regular maintenance going forward.
